Boa Constrictor by Shel Silverstein

(Reenactment takes place on the Jordan River Walkway)

Oh, I'm being eaten
By a boa constrictor,
A boa constrictor,
A boa constrictor,
I'm being eaten by a boa constrictor,
And I don't like it--one bit.
Well, what do you know?
It's nibblin' my toe.
Oh, gee,
It's up to my knee.
Oh my,
It's up to my thigh.
Oh, fiddle,
It's up to my middle.

Oh, heck,
It's up to my neck.

Oh, dread,
It's upmmmmmmmmmmffffffffff...

Are you seriously saying that the girls picked up a random snake on the trail? Seriously? I think I threw up a little in my mouth just then.

Aaah! But I love, love the poem reenactment. :)

C-O-O-L!!!! Did you let them keep it? LOL I bet Reba could become friends. Then again, maybe not. LOL Whatever you do, don't let Miso see it. She eats anything -- and I do mean ANYTHING. (Staples, butter wrappers, bottle tops, sticks.....)

I pretty sure Lexie would not do this your girls are totally awesome and I love the last picture where off to the side you see Abby covering her mouth and laughing at the situation Emma is in at the end.

I love that they are so girly, but so down to Earth! It's the perfect combination! Way to instill good traits in them! Love the pictures!

Emma and Abbie are obviously fearless, outdoorsy types like their mother.
Check out our photo albums this weekend, Amy.

I was impressed how eager all the kids we're to touch it... I think I was the only one who didn't!

everytime i've picked up a snake like that, it has relieved itself on me, I'd rather be bit then that... come to think of it I've been bit as well by them... hopefully it didn't do either to Emma or Abbie
